Urban Canvas Collective Hybrid Art Exhibition by Kulturnest

As cities evolve, our individual and collective identities transform as well. “Urban Canvas,” a hybrid group art exhibition, reflects these changes through the works of 22 emerging and established artists. Hosted at Kulturnest, Sin-el-Fil, Lebanon, and virtually, from September 20 to November 20, 2024, the exhibition explores themes such as war, migration, the environment, technology, gender, and public memory.

Featuring a wide range of media, from traditional paintings to digital art, “Urban Canvas” celebrates cultural diversity and resilience. It provides a platform for artists to express their experiences and perspectives, crossing cultural and geographical boundaries.

Participating artists include Dana Hassan, Darine Semaan, Dina Al-Naimy, Gaia Maria Noujaim, George Khoury (Phat2), Ghada El Meouchy Choueiry, Hasan Al Sahily, Jameel Shammout (JamPam), Jihad Kiame, Karla Jabbour, Marina Kharma, Maya Nassereldine, Maya Rafie, Naja Kerellos, Olga Safa, Pamela Chrabieh, Peter Abdel Karim, Rabih Yehya, Rima Ghanem, Rim Ibrahim, Rola Dleykan, and Youmna Jazzar Medlej.
