Wadi 99 Art Gallery, born from a passion for art and materiality, is exclusively focused on sculpture. Our unique vision aims to enrich the region’s evolving art scene by showcasing established and mid-career contemporary artists from a variety of backgrounds.

For our inaugural exhibition in Beirut, we are proud to present “REGNUM,” the first solo show of artist Naguib Moein.

Naguib Moein’s artistic journey is marked by distinctive qualities, including a strong sense of mass, cohesiveness, and a keen emphasis on composition and ornamentation. His work creates a seamless blend of architectural aesthetics and sculpture, resulting in pieces that are both unique and unconventional.

Employing architectural elements as central features, Moein’s smaller works resemble fantastical monuments or intricately designed towers and castles. These forms evoke the mysterious details of an ancient legend—one that encapsulates the mythical narratives woven through human imagination since civilization began.
