Caminante, Alida Torbay

Venezuelan-Lebanese sculptor Alida Torbay found inspiration in the words of Spanish poet Antonio Machado for her latest work: “Caminante no hay camino, se hace camino al andar” (Walker, there is no path, the path is made by walking).

Her bronze and resin sculptures will be unveiled at MACAM, the museum in Alita, Jbeil. The sculptures will be displayed alongside videos and projected images, creating an immersive, Orwellian-inspired atmosphere that is sure to spark the imagination of every visitor.
