BEIT MENZER - Hiking & Wine Tasting with DALE CORAZON - LEBANON EXPLORERS

An amazing and wonderful new trail in Bsharri region will be our destination this Sunday, November 13, 2022. The magnificent green forest.
Beit Menzer is a typical Lebanese town with old caves, mills, water springs, an old cave on a cliff used as a Castle and later a shelter for refugees, and beautiful houses with old traditional arches. It overlooks the city of Chekka, Hardine Fortress and the Mediterranean Sea.

HIKE LOCATION : Arz El Hadath – Beit Mounzer / Bcharre / In the North

400,000 LL/person or 11 $ including transport, professional guides, 5 minutes of warming up, stretching, and pictures.
Children 18 years old and younger will have a discount of 15%. (350,000 LL/person)
Optional transportation by your own vehicle 250,000 LL/person
Make your group of 5 persons (& more) and get a 10% discount (360,000 LL per person).
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full amount.
Optional there is a $ 3 Extra fee for the winery.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT:

HIKING LEVEL. 1 to 3 for easy, 4 to 6 for intermediate, 7 to 9 for strenuous
Level 5: (12 km) is a moderate hike.
We will start our trip from the village and Cedars Forest of Hadath El-Jebbe and head down slowly inside a pine forest to reach the village of Beit Monzer, where we will meet the local habitants and have the opportunity to visit Mont D’Alamz winery. From there, we will start our easy ascent to the village of Bella passing through a famous Rock called Dalmaz that was used as Phoenician castle and later a shelter for refugees. Our lunch break will be nearby before walking back to our bus at the village and continuing back home.

Level 4: (approx. 8 km) is an easy hike. Will have the same trail as level 5 but we end it at Beit Mounzer. Where will discover more landmarks in the village.

Protect yourself and others around you by knowing the facts and taking appropriate precautions:
Distancing from each other is a must.
Cover your nose and mouth with your face masks. To keep it on, while we are on the bus.
Clean your hands often by using hand gel or other.

WHAT TO TAKE:

Healthy snacks that will boost your energy include dried fruits, lunch, water, MEDICAL FACE MASKS, HAND GEL, cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
