If you’re a nature lover and would rather spend your day admiring Mother Earth, head to the gorgeous Baatara gorge waterfall in Tannourine. Join an organized tour or discover it with your loved ones as you go on a refreshing hike.

3- Discovering the fields (Bekaa)
Head to Bekaa and visit its numerous wineries. Spend time in the fields, and don’t forget that this area has some of the most spectacular landscapes.

4- Going back in time (Nabatieh)
If you feel like turning the clock back, explore Beaufort castle, a treasure dating back to the 12th century. Located in Nabatieh, it provides visitors with a rare glimpse into the past, as well as standout views of the Litani river and the surrounding valleys.

5- By the water (Chouwein, Jbeil District)
A day outdoors is not complete without a picnic. Pack some delicious treats and head to the Chouwen Lake. Be sure to take a bathing suit in case you decide to take a dip in the crystal-clear water.
