Kfaraabida
Kfaraabida is located right before Batroun, just over an hour’s drive from Beirut, and has some of the cleanest waters in Lebanon.
The coastline around Kfaraabida is mostly rocky, with a few sandy areas here and there. There is an exciting spot next to Joining where you can enjoy free diving or snorkeling. In fact, there are many jumping spots and underwater caves.
The jumps vary from two to five meters. The caves are mostly small underwater passages, from one to five meters, that are fun and challenging to pass through. However, one should be careful when the sea is not calm, as the waves can be tiring for those who are not confident swimmers.

Naqoura Sea Wall
Naqoura is a town in southern Lebanon. Although the drive from Beirut can take up to two hours, it is well worth it, as the sea is the color of turquoise.
The whole area is calm, so if you are looking to escape the crowds, you won’t be disappointed.
There’s a sea wall in Naqoura that’s perfect for cliff jumping. The wall is around 10 meters high and is sure to give anyone a great adrenaline rush. Note that only Lebanese residents can access this area, and anyone without Lebanese nationality will need to get permission from Sidon. Make sure you take your ID and all the other documents needed before you head there.

Ser Jbeil
Ser Jbeil is located in the Chouf district, around a 30-minute drive from Beirut. It’s mainly known for its waterfall, which can be reached by hiking just a few minutes from the main road.
There are several jumps by the waterfall, which vary from three meters to eight meters, and the water is fairly deep for all kinds of jumps (sometimes there are branches floating in the water though, so make sure it’s clear). A hike up/down the river is also quite exciting. The water is very clean and the area is pleasant for a relaxing day. It can get a bit crowded on weekends though, especially on Sundays.

Yahchouch
Yahchouch is in the Keserwan District, approximately 45 minutes north of Beirut. Situated 650 meters above sea level,
it is known for its amazing valleys and nature reserves, namely Jabal Moussa.
There are several hiking trails, waterfalls and the incredible Chouwen lake, which is a sight to behold.
Some of the waterfalls have small pools that are suitable for jumping. Visitors can also rappel down the waterfalls.
Afqa
Afqa is recognized for its waterfall, the source of the River Adonis. It resembles a large natural amphitheater. The river shoots out of a large limestone cave in the cliff wall, which stores and channels water from the melted snow making the water extremely cold.
The ancient temple is said to have been a sanctuary for Aphrodite. It was reconstructed on a grander scale in Hellenistic times, then destroyed by the emperor Constantine the Great in the fourth century. It was partially rebuilt later by the emperor Julian the Apostate.
Visitors can also see the remnants of a Roman aqueduct that once carried the waters of the River Adonis to ancient civilizations in Byblos.
The spot is easy to reach, and the top of the waterfall provides extreme adrenaline junkies with an ideal place to jump. Indeed, there are several jump spots that all exceed 10 meters.
